Make your own pista butter - just like peanut butter, blending to the right consistency in your blender.

Process only a small quantity at a time; add a little sugar, if you wish. Great stuff for snacking.

eventually eat them. put some in water to take the salt out. then fry them they are delicious. next freeze part of them and keep them until you crave for pistas etc.
they are good for action i hear.

u make lot of sweets out of it,soak in the water take out skin wash it very well to remove the saltiness, make fine paste add little milkmaid freeze in a deep freezer for 30 minuts.cut in diamond shape.

soak them in water for 1/2hr. drain out the water.dry them in the sun. then remove the shells and use it as normal pista.if not in under sun then pour it a plate and keep it on hot tava

soak them in water for half hour and then wash them with water, grind them and use a teaspoon or two in indian dishes while making masalas for gravy vegetable. Or Eat them

when ever you prepare a gravy dish, .veg or non veg specially for guests add few ever time;also add some everytime with farsan or salted kaju as snacks with tea.
