stress is sometimes caused by someone or something over which you have little or no control.sometimes by just worrying about something. It's not always easy to "fix" the underlining cause. But try. If you can do nothing about it then think of something or someone else. This should help as it kind of takes your mind off the problem

There would necessarily be two factor relating to stress.. the physical and the mental.. The physical can be brought about by trauma or over work.. the mental would be brought about due to an individuals inability to cope with the situations they face each moment. When there is an accumulation of those factors, it leads one to allow their imagination to generate anxiety over their inability to withstand those stress factors... thus leading one into the next phase .......... depression.. they add guilt and inability to cope, into the mix... Thus, mental stress becomes the bane of society as it becomes very complex.

Two children driving me insane. A 6 year old who thinks he has to have the last word, and a four month old who chooses to cry when I try to eat, sleep, or go to the restroom.

At the moment, I smoke(outside). Been having such mood swings that my doc has decided I need crazy pills, and I can't say I don't.

Try taking deep breaths and when releasing the air, let the tensions go with it.
