It just that all the water from the body is drained out in the form sweat. and most of our body weight comprises water. Sudden weight may be possible. but, you regain it after drinking water. It's a clear way fool people who desperate to lose weight to get their hard earned money.

Most of the answer think that i not against these type of endorsements. But, I am. Please read my question before answering.

Exactly Correct. If you want to decrease your wait , here are some suggessions :
1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
2. Walk 2-3km per day.
3. Have 2 times lunch but eat Less during nigth times.

Oh please...I can't understand why anyone buys that crap. Yes of course..they want to be able sit, watch TV and lose weight while eating potato chips and a small diet drink.

And I think it's great that the people/models wearing theses ab belts on the commercials... have about 1% body fat and are always in their 20's!!

Me, at 52 I'm 6 foot, 178lbs but only because I watch what I eat and exercise. The only belt I use is the one to hold up my pants.

no, don't beleive in that. i am a med student and i know what works and what doesn't. had it worked, everybody would have been slim by this time and all gym's would have shut down!

exercise and balanced diet are the ones that work for sure and not come cheap belt in the market.

You would be the exact person they are marketing to- one who thinks the belts will decrease your wait- so yea, you will wait less, like 5 minutes less and still be a fatty.

No its not true. U can loose weight only by food control and exercises.

Instead if you do some asanas (yoga) definitely you will reduce your weight
