I have a bill of sale on a vehicle, with no title. The guy wont call me back at all... so I can get the title. I am wanting to know in Arizona is there anyway of using the bill of sale to get it switched. The vehicle might be from New Mexico too im not sure. I just know its either Arizona or new mexico. Does any one know what to do? Or any websites?

In most states it is ILLEGAL repeat, ILLEGAL to sell any motor vehicle, trailer, boat, rv, or water craft without presenting a title at the time of the sale. No you can not switch the title with a bill of sale only. If you can't get this joker to call you back, and get this squared away once and for all, contact the highway patrol in your area and persue legal avenues against him. You should be able to get online at the state web site under UCC or uniform comercial code and find the exact statute. You do have a case against him, civily, if not criminally.
