For sure! Jesus said (paraphrasing here) that if you commit adultry in your heart you are an adulterer. That's one of the reasons we shouldn't judge other people. Even though they might have done something wrong (like commit adultery) we can't judge them because we all have at least thought about it. In God's eyes, it's the same way.

Dear If God Be For Me--
The best place to look for the answer to your question is in the Bible. God speaks to us in His own words!
In 1 Corinthians 4:4 Paul said the following:
For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but He that judgeth me is the Lord.
In 1 Corinthians 4:5 Paul says the following:
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
The Bible also says in I John 1:9 the following:
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
This is great news!

If your action is against your feeling, then if God judges only your heart you will be right but its wrong!
What you have done is bad though ur heart was telling you to do the contrary, so your action is to be judged.
Even if u have a gun at ur head you should not prostitute your feeling to stay alive. Knowledge is to do what you know and know what you do.

The Mind & Heart. Yes.
You can have a good heart and corrupt Mind. Rebellious people toward God, what does He do? Turns them to a reprobate "Mind".
A person's heart becomes "harded", why? Their way of "thinking".
Point being: A Christian can have a heart transplant and get a atheist heart, He is still a Christian.
If a Brain transplant were possible, A Christian get a atheist brain......How would he think?

Yes, He does. Our actions will show what is in our hearts, which is why Jesus condemns the chief priests and Pharisees for going through the motions of righteousness and all of their legalistic rituals, but not caring about God or about people. Luke 18:9-14 is a perfect illustration:
9To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everybody else, Jesus told this parable: 10"Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11The Pharisee stood up and prayed about [or to] himself: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other men—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.'
13"But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.'
14"I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."

God knows what is in your heart and He will judge us on Judgement Day. He knows what we think and feel. He knew what we would think, feel, and do before He even created the world.

God does decide the midsection, for out of it circulate each and all the topic concerns of existence. each little thing we do is an expression of what's in our coronary heart. the situation is that our hearts are desperately ill. we desire a transplant. it somewhat is ultimately what Jesus develop into conversing approximately. God's furnish to furnish us a clean coronary heart.

One thing certain is that God looks at the heart and is able to know what your heart is thinking. (See Samuel as well as Genesis)
On God's judgement, if today you are saved by the blood of Jesus, you can no longer by condemned by God so what is there to be afraid of?

Yes that is the only way anyone should be judged. None of us are perfect, we all make mistake's. As long as we have good intentions I believe God sees that and forgives us, as we should also forgive each other and ourselves.
