Chocolate Candy Cookie Cups (Cookie Mix)
Surprise and delight all with frosted cookie cups featuring a secret indulgent candy center.

Makes:3 dozen cookies
1pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
3tablespoons vegetable oil
1tablespoon water
1egg
18miniature (1 inch square) bars chocolate-covered peanut, caramel and nougat candy, unwrapped
1container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
Holiday candy sprinkles, if desired
1.Heat oven to 375ºF. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until soft dough forms.
2.Form dough into thirty-six 1-inch balls (about 2 teaspoons each); press into ungreased mini muffin cups. Cut each candy bar in half; press one piece of candy bar into center of dough in each cup.
3.Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely in pan, about 30 minutes. Remove from pan to serving plate. Spoon frosting into pastry bag fitted with star tip. Pipe frosting on top of each cookie cup. Decorate with sprinkles.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Double-Frosted Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
Dress up ordinary sandwich cookies into special chocolate-dipped cookies. The microwave makes it easy, and you make it fun.
Prep Time:5 min
Start to Finish:35 min
Makes:3 1/2 dozen cookies
1package (10 ounces) white baking chips
4teaspoons shortening
1package (16 ounces) chocolate sandwich cookies
1package (10 ounces) mint-chocolate chips
1.Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Place white chips and 2 teaspoons of the shortening in microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
2.Dip 21 of the cookies, one at a time, into white mixture; place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes or until coating is set.
3.Place chocolate chips and remaining 2 teaspoons shortening in microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on medium (50%) 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture can be stirred smooth.
4.Dip remaining cookies into chocolate mixture; place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes or until coating in set.
