sometimes I have to redownload poker sites .sometimes they last weeks,sometimes only hours?

some poker sites i have to redownload over and over.they last days,hours,weeks,sometimes i have to redownload them 3 or 4 times befor they play.somesites I"ve had on here for ever.what could cause this?please help any 1 TY Gary

do you have enough computer resources on your computer what sites are you trying to play on?
