*Cantaloupe-contains lots of H20 and Vitamin C (rebuilds collagen).
*Leafy greens-contain zinc (to keep break-outs at bay).
*Berries (blueberries, strawberries) contain Vitamin C and anti-oxidents (protect skin from free-radicals which damage the skin).
*Fish, particularly Salmon (contains Omega3 Fatty Acids which keep the skin clear and plump).
*Green tea (also contains anti-oxidents).
*Drink plenty of water (to keep the skin hydrated).
*Take a multi-vitamin to ensure that you are getting the needed nutrients.
Last, but not least, wear at least SPF15 every day to prevent sun damage.
You also might want to invest in a humidifier for the winter months to keep skin moisterized.

follow the old skool food pyramid, drink more water than anything else, don't smoke, wash your face morning and night (at least), excercise(gives you a glow) and if you smile for 5 minutes a day(at least) you won't get those nasty wrinkles around your mouth.
P.s. Stear clear of tanning beds. Makes you look all cute now, but in 10 years, you won't be that cute.

I follow Dr Perricone's advice, he is the "Doctor to the stars", and helps them look their best for events like the red carpet. He has several books, I like The Wrinkle Cure the best. My skin is flawless.

I have once asked a family of four why their skin is so beautiful and glowing and the answer was: " we love to drink lots and lots of fluid." They love soups, fruits, vegetables in soups, noodles in soup, meat in soup.
