Hello Jo! Spirituality to me is my connection to God! It is nice when my spirit is built up and the power which comes from walking with GOD. I just can't explain it in human words, more like the feeling you get from looking at a beautiful baby, pure love..pure love and purity.

Love and connection. I think we are all connected by love and we are all one. That sense of Oneness is our spirituality and God to me. I think after we pass over for this world we are reconnected fully again and we remember that we had been connected all along. I think that this life is an illusion of individuality and that if we are able to realize our unity during this life we will not have to come back here again. But that is just my personal belief.
I also believe that everyone's beliefs are valid and true for them. I think all Paths lead to the same destination and all messengers carry the same message.

The root word of spirituality is 'spirit'; the fellowship of such is in direct reference to that which is spirit in nature and not flesh and blood per se...maybe it is the religious aspect of the God connection that you wish to avoid...
