i have windows defender and superanti-spyware installed but those are just not really helping my computer out. i was wondering if anyone knew where i could download some good spyware protection.

get spybot search and destroy, it's easy, has good updates, and is completly free

Spybot search and destroy. It will target every living spyware, addware, and hacker trying to harm ur computer and delete them. U have to do it once a week to keep em down and ull have no junk on ur computer. I also cleans out ur tempo file:] heres a link

i like lavasoft adware. another decent program is the norton antispyware scan on the yahoo toolbar.

go to http://www.download.com, and download spywareblaster, ad aware. and counter spy, and by all means make sure your antivirus is up to date.
