yes but make sure it isn't to cheesy and that the girl ur writing bout actually APPRECIATES those kinds of things... and don't over do it cause it might creep the girl out a bit... maybe do it as a gift or a surprise here and there... but don't write constantly 24/7 about her...
i for 1... am krazy about love songs n poems but i guess i've never had those written 4 meh =P i think its really sweet and even if the poem sux... it's the time, effort, n thot that counts!

Poems and Songs are the products of intense emotional attachments. . .Why else would a guy contend with the difficulty and challenge of making one if his intension is not to win over a girl's heart. . .
I certainly love it when a guy does this for me. . . .Guess what? . . .I married the guy who has had lots of poems made for me. . . .We're 15 years married with four kids and still going strong. . .

Yes, a nice poem always scores points! As long as it's nice...and doesn't make it seem like the author is stalking her! It's the ultimate form of flattery! Some nice roses to go along with that poem won't hurt one bit!

Everyone likes to feel loved and special. And if someone thinks enough of you to think of you, to write to you, to show they care, then it must mean you're important to them or special. It's often better than sending a card, because you're expressing your true thoughts and feelings. You're being creative and romantic. You just have to keep it classy, understandable, and entertaining (that doesn't necessarily mean funny), and girls will appreciate it... And they'll appreciate you.
But you may have to keep it up. Once you start, she won't want you to stop. Especially if it's good and touches her heart and emotions.

Although not necessary, its a big BONUS if one could place his emotions through paper and pen. It creates a feeling of emotional connection too. Doesn't everyone likes to be pampered by sweet words and loving rythm?
