I have been making pizzas for 20 years I allways heard that in ont and as far as the west coast dont know what garlic fingers and donair sause is DO U ??? been wanting to go out west open a pizza restaurant martime style ???do u think ppl wont try it out ???? lol

Never heard of them. Those businesses probably got stuck up in the Rockies without tire chains.

There are a lot of businesses out here that aren't back east, too. Each area of the U.S. has it's own exclusive group of businesses.

I'm sorry but I've had "east coast" pizza, if you stay away from the pizza franchises out here you can find the same taste.

hate franchises

love the individual styles, but probably wouldn't taste yours, as I already have a favorite down on Belmont.

I think people would try it... but you might have to compete with Wolfgang (Spago) lol, and *California Pizza Kitchen. I've had pizza in NY & L.A. To my knowledge, I haven't seen/heard much of what you describe here. It could go over in a big way. Pursue your dream. Go for it! Best of luck.
