I'm a persian Cowboy, I've been told by lots of women that I am a great guy!! I do the macho thing, but I'm very carring and comforting to friends when necessary. When girls need advice they come to me. BUT, they won't date me, they say they would rather be friends. Now if ya'll like a carring guy, that is not a wuss, does romantic gestures for ya'll, even composes poetry, while still being able to slice a guy in half, WHY NOT? Please tell me where I'm going wrong!!!!

Girls like a little bit of danger, but given how different your sensitive and macho sides are, they might think you're too unpredictable. If you're vocal that you can slice a guy in half, they might think you're willing to slice a guy in half. Let your masculinity speak for itself, and minimize the talk of violence.

Perhaps, women close to you see you as a FRIEND and someone they can just treat with a platonic relationship. So, I suggest if you are interested in a person and would want to be more than friends stop acting like you are their buddy or brother. Lessen the advice thing and you don't even have to act like you are a macho but act mature to handle relationships and commitment. Women will perceive that and be attracted..and maybe just maybe they will start to view you differently and date you. You have such nice qualities within you: caring and comforting to friends, composes poetry? (whew! rare but a very admirable quality in a man)....you have those in you. Women will come lining up for you, you know. Do not lose those qualities as you will need them in the future....for you to be able to sweep off the feet of your beloved and princess (when she comes into your life).

Hi, some women don't know when they've found a great guy, you sound such a nice guy, which is not how we imagine cowboys to be. Cowboys tend to be thought of as a little tough and cool, like Clint Eastwood, maybe they think your soft cowbiy image reminds them of Breakback Mountain. Please don't try to change, continue being the lovely person you are.

You're not! Patience, you just haven't stumbled on the right woman yet. Looks fade with time but your personality and heart will always shine. Shy away from females that only go for looks because when those looks are gone, most likely the woman will be to.

I would rather have a sensitive guy and so don't change. As the women get older you will find the woman of your dreams. Some women don't know what they want until it's gone.

i once met a guy like you we had fun as friends and as daters we just wasnt right for each other ok he wasnt right for me. there was nothing wrong with him he was just wrong! we gurls look for well i look for connection really getting along with someone. and dont try so hard to impress a girl with poetry, romantic gestures showing off your chest oh you dont do the chest, look we watch lots of movies so really what do you want us to believe.
