A good site for your four year old is the real world. Just today, the American Pediatric Association gave an advisory that kids need play time, in dirt, outside, with real toys, in order for the brain to properly develop. Please do not make the computer your babysitter.
If you do wish to hook up your four year old into computers, only do so when the child is on your lap, and with your full attention and direct guidance.

Depends on if you have a boy or a girl. My little 4 year old girl likes to go to barbie. she plays those games for hours with the dancing princess and there is also PBS.Which has teletubbies and Barney.

My 4 year old loves Nickjr.com there is alt of fun games and pages to print and color and games... also some arts and crafts to print out and make.

www.starfall.com is a fave of my kids. It's simple language--letters and reading. And it's interactive.
I also cast my vote for noggin.com, and some stuff on nickjr.com, and pbs.com.
