If you already told the school and they won't do anything about it then you need to get your daughter out of that school. If not then you better teach her how to defend herself.

Contact the school, let them know that you are aware that while your child is at school they are reasonable. Put the situation in writing, Let them know you know your rights. Let them know that you will hold them responsible. Put it in writing to the Principal with a return receipt. Then, if something happens, you have proof that they are aware of the problem. And you have a better chance when you sue.
Or change schools. Changing school is the only way to really be sure that your daughter will be safe. The teachers can not be present at all times. If these kids are gang members then GET HER OUT NOW!.If they are just bullies, put her in a self defense class. Most Karate studios offer this. Good Luck!

I don't know what state or city you are in, but if they make any physical contact with her you can have them arrested and charged with assault and battery by your local police. Try to have some credible witnesses around so you have a better chance of winning the case. That will get the school's and parents attention. then you may want to consider transferring to another school. If you think your daughter is in danger, then get her out now. Her safety is the most important thing as well as her emotional well being.

that must feel pretty stressful!
I was bullied at school. School officials wouldnt help.
So I had to handle it myself.
During lunch I said something very rude to my worst enemy.
She and her gang of friends came up to me and asked what I said.
So I pointed to a girl standing near them and I said I was talking to her. Then I went on to tell my enemies that I heard she was going out with her boyfriend. So we joined together and bullied this other girl. So I became the hero and they had a new victim to pick on.
So the solution for your daughter, is to get smart and give the bullies a new enemy. If she can't beat them, join them.

Talk to your child's teacher or head teacher and calmly make them understand that your child is being bullied and you want it stopped. The school should have an anti-bullying policy which you can ask to see. You could also have a chat to other parents and discuss ways to stop bullying. If the bullying is happening on the way to and from school, arrange to meet your child or walk home with them. If not call the police make a police report and sign her up for self-defense classes! Luckily I never got bullied but I still knew how to defend myself!

find out who these bullies are and contact the parents or take legal action it is against the law to threaten someone. Another idea would be to call a meeting with the school officials and the parents and law enforcement even thou your kid doesn't want you to . Lay it on the line that it should be zero tolerance for that type of behavior make the school and the parents be accountable for there kids actions.

You should go to the board of education or the police. The same thing happened to me when I was in high school. 3 girls ganged up on me and now I have permanent back problems. This could result in something serious. These days its hard to be a teen.

If the councilor or principle dont listen & do something about it,,Go to the board of education. No one should get away with bullying anyone that is trying to be a decent person & trying to get an education. You must put a stop to this before it escalates any further & ends up in violence. The bullies need to be put in their place before its too late.

Tell the teachers. Physical threats are enough to suspend those 3 girls.
