I like this guy at work and i am not sure if he likes me or not. but anyway, does anyone have any tips for getting his attention? or like some good ways to see him outside of work you know besides going straight up and asking him out? Maybe some ways to set myself apart from another flirty girl at work. thanks. :-)

You need to find out what does he like to do in his free time. People usually socialize with other people if there is some common interest / hobby. Try observing him / his work, that should give you some clues. Whatever you do, just be yourself. Because even if you pretend to be someone else / know somethiong you dont and get his attention, at the end of the day he will get YOU as you really are now. Good luck.

If you want to make contact with someone at work, just be direct. But you can add sublety to it. You need to strike up a relaxed conversation with him, and by his response, you'll know whether to suggest getting together to share lunch, for example. Please don't consider little 'tricks' to get his attention. That's a real turnoff and guys spot the falseness a mile away. You want to come across as interested in him, but a little flirtatious. You're a woman, use the tools nature gave you. And be yourself.

Well, if you are already in good physical shape, then pretty yourself up with a new make-over, new hair-style, etc. Then start socializing and getting out of the house as often as you can, especially on weekends. Every time you get out of the house, you open yourself up to meeting someone special... let him find you. Be easy to be with but not that easy to get. (Don't go to bars to meet guys, you'll only meet booze-drinkers there).

but if you want is attention start to dress sexy for work, make sure that you are always in a good mood, laugh and smile alot. Men tend to go for the sexy fun girl. show him what you got and hopefully he will ask you out soon!

invite him and maybe 2 other people you work with out for drinks after work one day. this way neither of you will feel uncomfortable, and it will get you a chance to really flirt.
