East Timor is a pretty unstable region right now. The best thing most of us could do is pray. The Lord can do things that are far beyond our ability, especially since we are thousands of miles away but He is right there.

I doubt. East Timor is 90% Christian. It hasn't been a violent place in a long time, due to mission work. Much of that mission work was used in Noam Chompsky's book Manufacturing Consent. All is good.

Doesn't matter. What better way to go than while you are on a mission for God. Don't you know that God will take care of His own ? If it does happen, he will be in the highest degree of glory. Don't cheat him out of it by saving him. Besides, nobody pays back like God does.
