How do you use HOT Tools' Magnetic curlers?

How do you use HOT Tools' Magnetic curlers?

Neither my mom nor I could figure them out for the life of me.

They are thin dark grey things with holes in them. And they don't MAGNETIZE to my hair. Was anyone successful using these?

Seeking Enlightment.

never have but good luck, go to a salon and ask

Wow..I have no idea. But, since their curlers, I'm sure you could just put them in when your hairs wet, and blow dry them, or sleep in them?
