Just a few pounds heavy but exercise will trim that extra 10 pounts. If you are just 14 then you are still growing. Cut down on the bread and sodas and then a normal diet will take care of it.

well you sound OK... 5''10' at 14 huh, well if you keep going you will be as tall as my boyfriend at 6''5' and I'm only 5''4' so your taller than me already and I'm 20, you will keep on growing until you are about 21, us girls unfortunately stop at 18ish...
