Hypothyroidism Symptoms and herbal remedies?
I have almost all the symptoms for this and go to the Doctor Oct. 17th to be tested. I am 30,and under alot of stress with husband deployed and 3 kids at home for me to take care of. Is there anything I can take non=prescription to help this? I would like some input for what worked for you,so I can ask the Dr. about alternatives. Also,my most noticeable symptoms are hair loss and thinning, puffy face, and weight gain. Will these go away after I start medicine or does the medicine just try to control it from becoming worse? How long did it take to get under control? Thanks for the time!

Well i suffer from the same condition, the syptoms are rapid weight gain, sleepyness, very tired and fatigued, these were some of my symptoms, well my friend was a nurse and she worked at a clinic that specialized in herbal medication, she told me that its way better to take the herbal remedies, because the regular medication, can really affect our bodies in the long run, she said its very safe and effective.Hmm well for me taking regular medication i ahve noticed with the medication that when i do try to loose weight i loose it dramatically fast, but i gain it back as quickly if i dont watch what i eat, the fatigue and sleppyness is gone and alos being tired, but i have gotten bad headaches from bright lights i think thats one of the effetc that u get from the hypothyroidism, well i hope this helped out somehwta good luck :)

I’m sure you are well aware that there’s no shortage of information on the internet, especially when it comes to Hypothyroidism.

The good news is that all of this information helps to bring much needed awareness to Hypothyroidism and the DEVASTATING effects it can have on your life.
But what if I told you that 95% of hypothyroidism sufferers, like yourself, are using treatment options that are actually causing more harm than good… making you more hypothyroid every day?
Why?

Because they are based entirely on misinformation instead of sound and scientific research.

The real question is… How can you protect yourself from this misinformation and from becoming just another one of these 95% of sufferers who are doing it all wrong?
Well, I just found this great hypothyroidism resource which will really help clear up the confusion for you. The following video I’m about to share with you contains a lot of great information on how to naturally overcome hypothyroidism by stopping it directly at the source.

The best part is that it’s actually based on scientific research… Scientific research that I will bet that you have never even seen before.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/JTzTp

Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).

1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.

2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.
