they drain once in awhile and leaks a clear oilly substance with alittle blood my lymphnoids are swollen also they get really itchy and irratated once drained they fill up again there are about five bumps total some seem like they are connected and when I push on it the substance go to the neighboring bump

it sounds like acne
if they infect they r awfull close to your brain and could cause serios probs
you mite also try shaving your head
but i would c a doctor 4 sure

I would recommend a dermatologist-they should know what to do
i think its often causd by barber clippers not being clean enough. next time ask them to clean the clippers before they cut your hair.

Go to the doctor. Any time your lymphs are swolen...go to the doctor.
