It depends upon what you want to do! A remodel can cost from as little as $3. a square foot or as much as $100 a square foot! (or more)
Are you adding or moving walls? Moving doors? Are you bringing in plumbing or putting in a bathroom??
These cost a lot more than maybe just painting and reflooring. A simple remodel could be installing a tile floor and new paint, and new fixtures; For that I'd plan on spending about $600 if you do it yourself, or $1500 to pay a contractor to do for you.

You need to provide more info. What are you going to do in this remodel. That will determin the costs. Are you doing flooring, painting, adding cabinets, putting up walls? All of the above? Give us more information and then we can help you.
