Is this really discrimination:

A guy came at a wellknown US fast food store and asked for manager. When the manager arrived:

The guy: Hello.. I have a complaint against your store. I came here last night to order food and my order was never taken.

The manager was Muslim, he said: When were you here, sir?

The guy: It was about 12 and some guy here just didnt take my order.

Manager: You had a car? At that time dining room was closed. So you must be on drive thru?

The guy: I didn't bring my car. I live right there, you can see my house. Why would I drive my car and burn $10 petrol to buy some food?

Manager: Sorry sir. We can't give you food on the drive-thru window. Drive way is only for customers with cars.

The guy: Why would I bring my F**ing car to buy some food when I live right there?? THIS IS COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION. I CAN SUE THIS STORE FOR THIS.

Manager: I am sorry for your situation, but this is the company policy. I hope you will understand.

Hahaha. No legitimate lawyer would take this jackass's case. It's hilarious that he thinks he can sue over something so stupid in the first place. If you would have served this guy food then you would have had a line of other people without cars standing in line at the drive-thru thinking it's ok.

if that was the only place the store was opened and they refused to serve then they are discriminating. I have walked up to drive up windows and got served. How about a poor neighbor who had no car but was hungry. I have also been refused service and called the 800 number posted and got coupons and an I'm sorry, as well as an explanation that that burger joint did not have that policy. I can see it might be a little dangerous if a driver has his eyes closed but so is crossing the street. I once saw a place serve a guy on a motorcycle and a few days later I sent a boy over on a bicylcle and they refused him, i think cuz he was young and not to bright and they knew that. I called again and got more coupons. also after the bicical fiasco I walked up and they served me, but I think they'd been warned from the previous time. Also owned by a mideastern person

Uh, yeah. The only way he would have a case for religious discrimination is if he walked into the restaurant while the dining room was open and was then refused service. He's legitimately pissed off, because I think it's kinda stupid he can't get food at the drive thru w/out a car when he lives within walking distance, but it has nothing to do with religious affiliation.

This guy was not discriminated against.

He doesn't even sound like a Christian as Christ would never have overstated his case and said it was going to cost him $10.00 in gas when he only lived "over there."

Christ would not have used the "F" word either.

Thirdly, there are liabilities involved for the restaurants with drive thrus. They legally can not serve someone at that window unless the person is in a car. It is for their own safety.

I don't get it. The guy wasn't discriminated because he's a xian. He was turned away because he was walking through a drive thru. Every one knows that fast food joints don't accept people walking up to the drive thru for safety reasons.
This would be a case where he could sue, but wouldn't win.

Drive thru windows do not serve pedestrian traffic for safety reasons. I'd check the local laws, but a restaurant or a bank has every right to refuse drive thru service to a person without a motorized vehicle-which means you cannot pull up in a shopping cart or bicycle either.

organic lack of wisdom. because of the fact in case you haven't got self assurance in what they suspect in, you will be some form of demon. because of the fact they have been taught to "know" others. yet whilst your ideals do no longer accept as true with theirs, they'll discriminate you. maximum of those Christians think of that atheists are serial killers or those that merely decide to harm others. whilst actually, you will no longer be able to even tell if a man or woman is an atheist or no longer. i do no longer see why they have a situation with human beings's ideals, because of the fact it would not intrude in a friendship except you're a nun. maximum Christians come right here to assert that we are all undesirable human beings, whilst they could desire to take a no longer uncomplicated look at themselves earlier judging us for our very own ideals.

This is NOT a discrimination. The guy is bad tempered. Filing lawsuit wouldn't do anything.

This person was not a christian nor discriminated against. It seems to me that person just was a racist wanting to start trouble. I would of called the police.
