Almost all of them, America was founded by Europeans. It was smallpox though that killed off a large portion of the Indian populations.

There are many types of infections that the Europeans brought
with them to America during days of Christopher Columbus and
his band of seafarers.
The diseases are measles, smallpox, tuberculosis, STD, like
syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, chlamydia etc.
That's why to this day, Americans have suffered a lot
unnecessarily.
