It's either that or betray yourself by clinging to the idea that you're somehow obligated to stay in a dysfunctional relationship.

I think you need to get out of that relationship asap..... your only going to get more disgusted as time passes. Ask yourself, " if something happened to this person tomorrow, how would I react?" The realization of loosing someone, sometimes puts things into perspective.
