I got a dark brown hair with dark brown eyes and fair skin# 3 or 4. I'm looking for blode hair with highlighted shade... I have done my hair 4 months ago but it didn't really look like what I expected. Any ideas?

Since you have fair skin, you can pull off any type of blonde without looking totally freakish.
But, instead of trying to have foils or all over bleaching treatment, try a tri-color type of foil using this method: one strand will be dark brown, second strand will be a lighter brown (light ash brown to dark blonde.), and the third strand will be platinum blonde.

Depending on your budget, and the colour you want, you could either buy a highlighting kit to use at home, or go to a professional. By going to a professional, you will get the desired colour and look; sometimes using kits at home, dont give the exact colour you're looking for.

if you have blonde hair that will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There had been this guy in my class who had golden blonde hair that had been a medium brown near the base. When he came back to university after summer vacation, it was nearly platinum blonde!

Exactly why is everyone with blond, why can't you just have jet black hair with some blonde or blonde curly hair with some jet black hair. Now you don't have to choose.

do not dye it ....just do 2 different highlights ...blonde and red but do not go too strong...make it look as it is blonde this will give you a very sexy look and also it is in style...
