definitely a problem. a normal thinking man at 45 wont go for a 13 y.o. girl. come to think of it. i would like to assume that guy he met on the net or some dead beat dude who is just out there to abuse children. ur younger sister is not even in her teens. and from what i gather, even in asia, a 13 y.o. girl going out with a 45 y.o. man, that is quite weird.
age discrepancies are ok if the woman is also an adult, say 23 and the man is 45.. that is acceptable. but pedophilia is definitely at work here for him to be liking a 13 y.o. girl...

yes, a big problem. this is sick and illegal. tell your parents and have them report it to the police. the guy your sister has been seeing is a child predator! When I was in high school, a friend of mine, 13 years old, dated a guy in his 30's and got pregnant. she wanted to keep the baby and stay with him. she actually ran away to be with him because her mom didn't want her to keep the baby...said she was too young to take care of it. in the end, the guy ended up in prison. I never did see my friend again. don't know what happened to her or the baby.

you should talk to your parents about it... it is definately not a good sign.. a lot of young girls get rape and killed by older men. The guy might have some sort of criminal history. Check out the police website in ur county and email them about the situation or call the police.
