There is no easy way. Watch your portion size and fat intake and create an exercise program you can live with. Do some research into weight loss programs starting with the website listed below. You may find one free or may have to pay a small fee. But if it works it will be well worth it.

easy, eating well and doing some exercise. you must visit the gym every single day or your waight will go up by a pound or so.
besides that you must drink at least 8 - 10 glasses of water a day!!!

Try to stay away from pastas... get into a low carb diet, exercise and sleep well. Good luck.

Eat healthy and exercise. Lean meats, low fat milk products, high fibre breads and cereals, lots of fruits and veggies.
