What is that in his mind?

My ex- started a conversation sometimes. Then when I tired to talk to him, he just ignored me sometimes or just suddenly disappeared... What is that in his mind? Should I still talk to him? Will it be odd if I dun talk to him? As we see each other all the time since we work in the same office...

I would treat him the same as he is treating you and ignore him back!! Then when he trys to be nice ignore him anyway, stay consistent.

Talk to him if he approaches you... the tension would only escalate if
you ignaore him
