Well great is always a subjective thing, but it should run well on that system. I doubt Vista will ever be as fast as XP on the same setup, simply a more complicated OS, but it should be fine.

It will runb fine. The aero graphics will work, and so will everything else. I might upgrade the ram to 2 gigs if it runs a bit slow. Next time you buy a computer, make sure the processor is 64 bit, that will make vista run way faster.

your video card isn't that good
other than that the rest is ok...
xp is the best windows yet
