I am no doctor but I'd say hell yeah its possible and its nothing to fool around with. If you tore the muscle lining in your abdomen, your lower intestine can poke through and get squeezed and part of it can basically die inside you...aka gang green... see a doc bro..

Another thing might have happened also. One of your...hmmmm...how should I say it...one of your balls might have traveled a little bit too high for some reason, back into your stomach cavity, or closer to it. If the pain is intensifying, then go to the emergency room as quickly as possible. It's possible that you could loose that one if the blood supply gets cut off.

My friend was lifting weights, and he was doing heavy squats, and as he told me, he didn't feel anything weird. When he went home in the car, one of his balls started hurting, and the pain intensified. He stayed that way for like 6 hours, then he went to the emergency room, and somehow they got it back down. It wasn't anything major procedure, I don;t know if he told me what the doctors did, but he said it wasn't a big deal.

Good luck, and don't play around with your health.

Yes actually, it is very possible. You may very well have a hernia.
