I get headaches all the time, and when I go through days and days with a headache I have to pinpoint why. If I am extra stressed, lack of sleep, if my prescription on my contacts are a little off, if I have allergies that bother my sinuses. It can be a number of things. I have been to the doctor and they can never give me a good reason why. I try to do yoga, drink lots of water, put pressure on pressure points, and if that fails Tylenol and Ibuprofen are my best friends!

I have that, and I thought it was more too. Didn't think it was migraines, know people with that, mine weren't like that. Could really be anything from chronic daily headaches, hormones, dehydration, tumor, the list is endless. Best bet is to go to the dr and get checked out and rule out other causes, that's what I did. If it is cdh, they can put you on a low dose of nortriptilyne for a time(actually an antidepressant but also used for chronic pain) and I also got a souped up tylenol, generic forms were duradrin and migrin-a. Acetaminophin and a vaso constricter, worked almost everytime. See a dr for the best diagnosis.

There are so many things ranging from not at all serious to very serious. Could be your eyes need to be checked, possibly stress, food allergy, other allergy, neck out of alignment, or could be a tumor. I'd see a doctor.

I know all this from my personal experience with daily headaches.

Could be a brain tumor. A friend of mine was complaining about having bad headaches a few years back and I jokingly told her to go get a cat scan. She actually went and got it done and a few weeks later she was told that she had a brain tumor and that she was lucky it was caught in the early stages.

Better consult a doctor, especially when you feel it is more than what others are telling you.
