Apparently you are not kicking him hard enough to make him want you to stop.
The electrical stimulation probably will not hurt him unless he gives it too much juice.
There is a website called www.wiredpussy.com that show women being given electrical stimulation for a variety of reasons, mostly for the amusement of others.

if this is what i think it is, it could be dangerous. a muscle stimulator sends little electical impulses making the muscle clench up. it is actually kind of dangerous (i mean how safe is pulsing electircity thru your system) Although i don't know how it will affect the mans side, if you put it on your clit to much (and who knows what "too much" is) you could become numb down there. Sometimes girls get numb if they are like hardcore bike riders or use a battery vibrator too much, and this might be similar
