Well they're worried about you because you used to have an eating disorder. They don't want to see you undernourished in your critical growing stages! If you eat too little now, then you will be unhealthy forever! If you eat too much now, you can always get healthy later.
At least they're not accusing you pre-emptively, like my parents used to accuse me of doing drugs for about 5 years straight, before I ever even tried herb (never tried anything else though)!

Honey, they are human - they are just afraid of losing you. Be patient with them. Try not to be hurt - be glad you have parents who love you so much they freak out unnecessarily.
Some kids parents wouldn't notice or care until they had to pay for a funeral.
It takes time to build trust after all the deception that is part of an eating disorder. I know it's tough, but sounds like you're going to have to be the calm & logical one here.
Congratulations on overcoming your illness - big kudos to you!
Good luck!

Just give them some time to get know the new you.Try eating in front of them most of the time and if you choke again leave the bathroom door open and ask them for help after like a drink or something then try to return to eating if you can.

They're afraid for you and sitting on the edge of their seats. If you truly are past your eating disorder, TRULY, they will grow more comfortable as you gain back and maintain your weight over time. Understand that they care and cut them some slack if they don't believe you yet. Show them that they can believe you. Prove it to them and yourself. Be healthy. It's a LOT more attractive.

If you are still in high school, then talk to your teacher or councellor... they might explain the situation better to your parents since they know the symptom of eating disorder.. Most likely, you will need to see a doctor for professional help

it will be hard to convince them, especially since you had an eating disorder in the past. but i'm sure one day they will see you're telling the truth. like one time when i was younger, my parents cut me off from using the computer...well one morning when my mom got up, she noticed the computer had been restarted or something. so obviously, my mom thought i had snuck and used it in the middle of the night (which i had done on ocassions before), but i hadn't. she wouldn't believe me for anything. finally, one day when she was cooking, the computer did it again, and she witnessed it with her own eyes. she apologized for not believing me. so, needless to say, i'm sure your parents will find that you're being honest...not saying that they'll witness you choke on a piece of food (let's hope not), but one way or another, they'll see you weren't lying. i know how it feels tho...just hang in there, stick to your word and don't do anything that will lead them to doubt you. good luck!

You need to regain your parents trust which will take some time, but don't worry, your parents are just very worried about you and that's why they have reacted that way. It may not have been the best way to react, but you have to realize that you have to earn your parents trust again and when you start putting on weight and having more energy and am looking healthier, they will soon see that your back to your normal self. Chin up chooky... :)

Were you in the bathroom? If not eat whatever you were suppose to eat in front of them and sit with them until you go to bed. Trust is hard to gain back once you've lost it, give them time. Prove to them you are serious and then you will regain their trust. Take one day at a time.

I'm sure it hurts but it's understandable.
This is what happens when you do foolish things. Like I start a school one class behind everyone else because I don't need a first period yet my parents still jump all over me because I used to be a serial cutter of school.
With time, they'll start trusting you again.
