have spybot and spysweeper they r not helping it's a virus not spyware.

Someone already mentioned AVG anti virus and few of the free on line scanners you can also try this anti virus program.

Also make sure you are running all these programs in safe mode if the virus is active in system memory it wont be deleted if you are running the computer in normal windows. To get into safe mode hit f8 on boot up you should get some multiple options the first one should be just called safe mode select it and hit enter. After you get to safe mode do not use system restore so hit yes on the pop up box you get then run the scans i would suggest running the anti virus first then your spysweeper and spybot.

Also if you post what virus it is i might be able to find a program to fix it for you or tell you how to manually remove it. Hope this helps you have a good night/day.

one of the best anti-viruses is: kaspersky! Go to its site and look for the free antivirus scan. It really helps. MSN live also offers an online scan. Good luck.

I think Ad-a-ware for personal home computers might work I used this for a year with no problems a guy sent me to this site through goggle.com search. Good luck & have a good day!
