if u do no longer desire to pass to gymnasium.. then try doing a hundred pushups and two hundred situps the different day..... 4 cases a week... divide your pushups in small quantities untill u hit a hundred.. i'm uncertain how many u can do at as quickly as.. try going working for jogs too..... devour extra protein.. which will help..
