Go to bed if you can. If that's not an option, have an apple and peanut butter or some fresh vegetables with dip. Some other healthy options are air popped popcorn, fat free yogurt or anything that isn't high in sugar, fat or carbs such as a slice of low fat turkey or something. I lost 10 lbs getting over a plateau, my hardest pounds to lose and these were my night-time staples. You didn't actually say you were on a diet though. If not, I say a pizza and/or nachos.

You can definitely eat whenever you want. Just make sure it's around 6 times a day. Of course during those 6 times, it has to be the right portions. We're talking about 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You can have a small snack anytime of the day if it's healthy. Carrots, whole wheat crackers, grapes, apples, you name it!

heat some oil in a pan and fry some corn tortillas with a little bit of melted cheese on top. lightly dust with salt, and maybe a touch of hot sause. SNAP!

you should eat something light, cuz it's not good to eat and go to bed. snack on some fruit, have some toast and peanut butter.

put a pizza in the oven, eat a yoghurt, or bread with something on it (sandwich), or an instant soup....thats what I would do here in switzerland.

go to mcdonalds hons if your hungry hons go in and get your tray of food and when you see thefood waking acros the table hons, you wont be so hungry!!
