Wash your face twice daily with a cleanser that has at least 2% salicylic acid. Follow up with a lotion that has the same thing. Use those Biore nose strips once a week as well. Always wash your face before going to bed and at least twice or better, three times during the day if you can. Once every two weeks, use a glycolic peel (Avon has a great one that won't cost you over 100.00..just get a female friend to order for you if you feel funny buying it from an Avon lady..LOL).
In 3 weeks you will see a HUGE improvement. If you do not, then you need to see a dermatologist as there is something more going on that you can not treat on your own.
