And shampoo maybe? I don't want a strong shampoo it kills hair, I want a good shampoo, anybody know?

Try Mane and Tail. It has a picture of a horse on it, and you can find it at Wal-mart. Pretty good stuff.

Pantene has a good range from which to choose from and I would suggest you start from there... choose one that is for long hair. unfortunately you should try and see what effect they do on your hair. as a general rule you should choose a shampoo and conditioner of the same range e.g. both pantene for long hair. only if you have an oily scalp and dry tips you should get different ranges e.g. shampoo against oily hair and conditioner for dry hair... you can do so because you should apply conditioner ONLY on the tips to prevent them breaking (this is very important).

I love long hair, I can sit on mine. There is no better conditioner over the counter than Pantene. Shampoo, same. but don't get the combination shampoo/conditioner. get them separate, each designed for your hair type.

I have long hair and I swear by Pantene. Any of the specialized formulas are great and their new one called "Ice Shine" is amazing. It really helps to make your hair look sleek and shiny.

My GF uses Nexxus and Humectress. I use them too now. They are great and she has waist length hair.
