Using hundred$ of billions of your tax dollars, your powerful military and the most sophisticated weapons money can buy, the best evidence shows this "war on terror" is a horrendous failure with almost 3000 deaths of soldiers, tens of thousands of devastating injuries and no way out. Republicans have created a massive foreign guerrilla operation in Iraq that hates the US (and that wasn't there before).

America is in the worst danger every and the Bush Administration still won't listen to its best experts! If you wanted to waste your time trying to get their attention, what would you say is their biggest mistake?

for them they didnt make a mistake theyre making quite a bit of money in this little venture, the mistake sadly falls on the american public for not rioting in the streets after the first rigged election, and for being so ignorant to believe that standing behind there president in a time of war whether right or wrong,is the correct thing to do,the most patriotic thing that we as americans can do is protest for our rights as americans, which is what this country was founded on and apparently the few that still support bush are either making money off the senseless slaughter of our brightest and best,or they are like so many cows herded up for there own (and our) slaughter

A massive foreign guerrilla operation...? You mean it's not a civil war? There are actually people posing as Iraqis that are from someplace else? Where would that be, Sweden? They didn't hate us before? Did we misunderstand the messages of the taking of our embassy in Tehran (twice!) and the bombing of the Cole, Khobar Towers, the airplane over Lockerbie? If they didn't hate us back then, we'd be in a right mess if we ticked them off, wouldn't we?

There are two ways out of Iraq.

We can just quit like in Vietnam, but this is a bit of a different situation, as you seem to know already. Where do you think those foreign fighters are going to go once they win in Iraq?

Or we can finish the fight, but that's going to take longer with idiots like you that know a hell of a lot less than you think you know. Watching reruns of Hogan's Heroes and MASH doesn't make you an expert on military affairs.

Who is the best experts, and the republicans were not the only ones voting for this war,the Democrats voted for it to,and the wire taping the budget for the war the president doesn't just up and do what ever he want they vote and talk everything to death before hand,so don't blame Bush because every person on capital hill has their own political agenda and screw what needs to be going on to stop this war and save this country all they are worried about is who wrote who a email like that's so important and here our solders or fighting to keep this country safe and these self center demon from hell set up there holier than thou, putting down the president ,if they spend half as much time trying to help build him up instead of tear him down,we would't have such a messed up mess.

You come into the argument leaning to the left, and your ignorance (no criticism intended) of the world, and how it works, is emblazoned on your sleeve. Nobody wants casualties, but 3000 pales compared to the hundreds of thousands lost in prior wars. I know of no evidence that shows this war a failure, although I know of no one who wants it. Who are these experts you cite that Bush won't listen to? Most naysayers are liberals and democrats who have a political agenda. Lastly, do you really believe the Republicans have created a massive foreign guerrilla operation. Do you not believe these murderers weren't already there, filling up the recruiting lines to blow themselves up? America, indeed, is in grave danger, but ask yourself why there hasn't been another 9-11 since 2001. The enemy hasn't just disappeared, but they've been aptly delayed. Hopefully, long enough that we can improve our intelligence and kill them first.

Did you just say that there is a massive guerrilla operation now that wasn't there before? Just what do you think Al-Qaida is? How about the Taliban? Where have you been for the last 15 years? They've been bombing American embassies and bases, war ships and civilian buildings!!!! Guess what doing nothing got us? 9/11...thanks Bill Clinton for not taking out Bin Laden when you had the chance.

The foreign guerilla operation which you speak of was not created by the war in Iraq, but they are there because we are. Do a little research on the quality of life in Iraq present day and compare it to before the war.

i agree with your assessment of things. but if you look back at the 60's the democrats did the exact same thing so by saying it is only republicans who have ever done this to our country you are wrong. i have come to realize that it isn't the party but the man who determines the course of our country. bush.cheney and rumsfield should take the blame for there bringing down the counties approval not the republican party in general. look what Reagan did when he was president.. the world loved us back then

They (the GOP) Scared the Hell out of the American people and when given the opportunity to do something, they totally miscalculated and screwed up the whole thing. Now we look bad to the whole world. GWB should have taken a page from his daddy's book. Kick asz with the whole world helping him, then get the hell out quickly.

The biggest mistake ever made was putting Bush in the White House in the first place.

How would you have dealt with 911? Do you think a Democratic president could have done better?

Your Democratic president gave nuclear technology to North Korea, and failed to live up to his end of the deal. Bill Clinton also let sensitive missile technology to go to the Chi-coms. He received their campaign contributions.

Tell us how the Democrats would have succeeded?

I'm waiting!
