I think that these girls might be bugging out because you get 'clingy'. To quote you "its always when i start to really like them," that's the key. You start to like them, get a little clingy, then 'poof!' They're gone. Below are a few rules that WILL NOT steer you wrong.

Leykis 101: Rules for dating

1. NEVER, EVER date a single mother. You already know her stance on abortion, she won’t have one. Don't risk paying vaginamoney! PLUS, her kids will always come before you! Why would you want to be second place to some spoiled little brat!?!

2. Never do what you don't want to do. You make the money; you decide where you are going and what you are doing.

3. Don't ask a woman what she wants to do.

4. Never tell a woman how much money you make.

5. Don't EVER date co-workers! Unless you don't give a rat’s @ss about your job, stay away from people you work with! It's always asking for trouble. Don't speak to women you work with unless it's related directly to work. Don't tell them they look nice. Don't comment on anything except whatever work needs you have, because you're a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.

6. Never spend more than 40 bucks on a date. This includes buying gifts, flowers, candy, jewelry, etc. It does NOT help in getting laid. It's a waste of money. If anything, buy alcohol and get her drunk.

7. NEVER approach a woman in a club who has her girlfriends with her. There is NO point; you will NOT get laid when women are in groups. They will run interference on the one you have your eye on. Don’t bother.

8. If you are not getting laid by the 3rd date, dump her and move on.

9. No spooning, no cuddling, no staying over. Get in, get out!

10. Never be in a committed relationship UNTIL you are really ready to settle down.

11. NEVER answer the phone on the weekends. It makes you look like you have anything better to do. Weekends should be reserved for hanging out with your buddies or for guaranteed sex. Even if you really have nothing to do, let the answering machine take the call. You're busy.

Yes it might hurt like hell but its better to loved and lost than never to have loved at all. Some times it can bring extreme joy and excitement. Its how you grow as a person and understand your own desired better.

On another note, what is your criteria for the folks you date? Do they all have any common personality traits? Or do you all meet and/or carry the relationship out in the same manner? If so, you might just need to look more closely to who you are dating and how you progress/choose to progress in the relationship. I know from personal experience, it has always been a matter of picking the same kind of people and handling the relationships the same way.

Anyone who loves you so quickly or gets obsessed with you, stay away from. No good! Some people just show all their feelings right off the bat, but then realize it wasn't what they thought it was. People now a days need to spend time getting to know someone, date a long time before thinking of serious. What is the rush? It is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. Hurts though.

I read your headline for your question as i'm sure alot of us have. Then i read your question...i was like " whoa!"
See all my ex's seem to fall in love with me and start talking about marriage, kids,etc...yikes! Anyways, so i would always have to break it off because they would freak me out that way then they would cry then never talk to me again.
So with all those freaks then yes its better to have LOST them!
But when YOU love someone and then lose them...you always have that time you two shared together!!

Good Luck with all your upcoming relationships!!

ppl who tend to be so obssessed without a basis for being so is an extreme. i am one of that sort of person. we get so obssessed with something new and after a few times seeing that person, we just want to get away so far, we dont want anything to do with that person. hard to explain.. but its just us.
