To be totally honest, I look for physical attractiveness(1), intelligence(2), and personality(3). It doesn't necessarily have to be in that order, but one has to make up for the other (more or less).

When it comes to looks, I look at the face, butt, and overall physical fitness. (Boob-size doesn't really matter.)

When it comes to personality, I try to find out if the girl is nice, has a good sense of humor, and whether or not she is a positive person.
