What fruits, vegies, & juices are good for building the blood? Without taking iron. Thanks : )

your greens!! all of them!

bananas... grapefruit.. oranges.

:D

kale is great.. spinach also... broccoli... romaine lettuce is pretty good for enriching the minerals in your blood.

carrot juice is an excellent way to get the blood all vitamin and mineral packed too.. just watch how much you drink though!

all will have some amount of iron but it's readily absorbed so it doesn't build up too much in the system.. no need to worry about iron toxification through most veggies OR fruits.

just vitamins you take as a supplement you should worry about things like that because it's more of an inert way to get your nutrients.

fresh veggies and fruits.. no need to worry!

most any leafy green veggies are good, like spinach, tomato juice. you don't say if you're a vegetarian or not, but red meats are good also.

Garlic...........and you can buy it as a capsule odorless too if you are afraid of the odor............excellent blood cleanser......
