I want to convert RPM to watts - is this possible?

RPM (Revolutions per minute) refers to how fast the wheel is turning.
Watt is a unit of power generated , or consumed by the a system. It can be expressed in calories, BTU's (British thermal units) ,or even horsepower. The electric meter in your house measures how many watts are being consumed per hour by your appliances ,or energy consumption.
Since there is an a direct correlation between how fast the wheel spins, and how much energy it takes to sustain the elevated speed, you could make a rough index of consumption at different RPM's. That is not called a conversion, it is just a comparative estimate.
