It really doesn't matter in this day and time, but men usually get their left ear pierced. These days a lot of guys have both ears pierced. My boyfriend has both ears pierced, and he's very confident as a man. It's all about what you like and how you feel about it.

I say pierce them all! Have like four in each... go for the rocker look! That'd be freaking hot...
On a slightly more serious note, who cares which ear you pierce? I implore you to be a bit more open-minded than just, "If I'm straight..." blah blah blah. If you were truly comfortable with your sexuality, why would you give a crap...?

it doesn't matter which one. the jr high joke you are probably thinking of said the right ear was to sign that you are gay. its crap. as far as where, 99.99% get their lobes pierced. some rock stars have their cartilage pierced up about halfway on the ear but it is not that common for regular people. do what you want and what you like.

Ear piercing for men has become so popular that the sexual orientation meaning is gone. You would need to get a rainbow flag nowadays if you wanted to signal you were gay with an earring.

Im pretty sure the saying is left is right, right is wrong. so pierce the left ear. but I don't think anyone cares anymore

doesn't matter any more.
get larger piercings like flesh tunnels.. about 1 inch... on both sides now that's bad a.s.s. very hard core.
