NO! Of course not! Have you not seen the movie? He is a thoroughly good man, with nothing but wisdom and a kind heart. The way he found the most pure boy to give his chocolate factory to proves it. The way he brings joy to children's lives proves it. His humanitarian work with the Oompa Loompas proves it. Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka is nothing short of saintly!!
Unless you are speaking of Johnny Depp's Wonka..... then yes, he is Satan.

No. He didn't encourage the sins (greed, gluttony, etc.) of the kids. They were already within them. You could even say he forgave them for their sins by having the umpah lumpahs fix them.

yes he is (any man that makes choc. and lives in a place that like it) is the devil chocolate make you fat!!!!!! willy wonk and the chocolate factory - movie from back in the day that has been remade recently
