You might have had an allergic reaction to something. Maybe your laundry detergent.
Go to the health-food store, there you might find a jar of oatmeal cream. Use that for a while and I'm sure it will clear up.

How do you know its not a std.Go to the doctor and get proper diagnoses and he will give you medicine to treat this rash properly.In the mean time cornstarch will help you.

The best thing for any penis skin issue (not STD related of course) is a creme called Man1 Man Oil. Unlike anything else out there, it is made just for the penis skin and uses a combo of vitamins and nutrients to keep the skin in excellent shape. Google it. It is really good stuff.
