hello I am a diabetic so I know about low carb diets, you should cut back on potatoes,rice, dairy foods like cakes, ice cream pasta, eat only wheat bread,corn,beans, when you eat these carbs measure them at a half of cup per meal, only allow 2 straches that are listed per meal. try sugar free sweets and cakes and jellos,snacks should be cheese or raw veggies like broccoli, watch the fried foods try to eat baked. go easy on all dairy foods eat sparingly, macoroni and cheese are a high carb also

Oh man. Okay first of all if you're trying to cut down on carbs dont eat bread, pasta, potatoes, rice. Have u heard of atkins diet. Eat all meat. so ur body learns to burn fat instead of carbs it works!!!
