tomorrow i'm getting a spray on tan at myers in penrith with Joh Bailey! and i'm so nerves coz i have to step into a room and this gril is going to spray me and i have to be naked!

are you from australia? where joh bailey is that cool gay hair dresser dude? anyway im sure yopu dont have to be naked. dont you do it in your bikini or something. just swallow your fear or the thought of whats the worst that could happen. someone sees you naked accidentilly. it may be a huge deal for you that you will be embarrassed for the rest of your life, but everyone else will forget it. thats even if something embarrassing will happen!

Well least its not a guy,. just think she has the same parts as you have and its nothing she hasn't seem before. Try to think of something else then if you will feel nervous. think of why your getting it and how nice you'll look afterwords. and if that doesn't work just say to yourself i'll never see this woman again so who cares.
and also remember she see's this all day. She probably won't even flinch besides she will act professional and won't make you feel uncomfortable

Why are you subjecting yourself to an experience that obviously upsets you just to think about it? Overcome your nerves by canceling the appointment and forgetting about the issue. It's October. No one sane expects you to have a tan. And you don't need the exposure to whatever horrendous stuff they'd use to dye you that fake-looking orange brown that chemical tans always are.

Come on, gimme a break. You don't HAVE to be naked, you can wear a suit or a thong, whatever you like. What is a gril? Also, nerves should be nervous. Use spell checker.

if you really want it that bad, then you will be fine. otherwise, if you are that nervous, then you are not ready to take that step yet. besides, they do this all the time and they have seen it all before. think of it that way. have fun and just relax.
