Dont worry about it, every service members get the same treatment regardless of the branch you are going into, besides they don't really have you get naked. The majority of the exam part you are in boxers anyway and they keep the exam rooms so cold i doubt you will have anything to worry about.

I'm sure he is used to this. It would be great to tease you and say your Gay but I am hetero and had the same experience before, especially when the nurse was so sexy. Before that I had hard ons all the time when I was younger and for no reason at all! Its normal.
